The Free Plan is finally here!

Teams that have a maximum of 10 members can use Tap My Back for free. Accounts that have signed up for the trial will automatically be downgraded to our free plan after their trial period ends. 

The Custom Rewards Catalog

As an account admin, you can now choose to offer a unique catalog of rewards, such as brand items or non-monetary rewards. To implement a custom rewards catalog, please reach out to our team at [email protected]. 

Monthly Digest Emails for all Admin Accounts

Account admins receive monthly emails with the most important analytics. The overview includes the results of survey and recognition activities such as eNPS results, mood analysis, most popular recognition badge, number of feedbacks given and received, and more.

Improvements we have made:

• Users can now choose to export Pulse Surveys as a PDF file (except for mood surveys).

• Newsfeeds of account admins show the participation metrics.

• Safari users can now add emojis when writing comments on their favorite newsfeed posts. 
• Editing your account name will no longer have an effect on your account image.
• When giving out a tap, users can easily see how many characters are left to write in the description. Currently, the limit is 280 characters.
