As a Team Admin, you can send Team messages to your teams.
These messages can be used to announce something that will happen soon or to give a good morning motivational message!
They will appear on the top of the news feed of all the members of the team.
How to create a new Team Message?
1. Click in Team Message
2. Type the message - You can see how will it appear to other users in the text box below;
(you can also paste a URL if you want to share an external link or embed a video)
3. Choose the teams you want to send the message to. If you don't choose any specific team, your message will be sent to all users;
4. Send it!
This is how you send a message!
If you are using our Slack Integration, when you send a new Team Message all users will be notified of it on Slack.
Or example with a video: The video was recorded before we improve our interface :)
